Using the Zoom integration

Connecting (group leaders). Open your small group → the Video Conferencing tab → click Connect Zoom account. You’ll sign in on Zoom’s own site and click Allow — PrayMyJourney never sees your password. This is a one-time setup.

Starting a meeting. Click Start Meeting in the Video Conferencing tab. Your group’s Zoom room opens in a new tab with you as host, and the join link is saved for your members automatically. Members just click Join Call.

Meeting length. Meetings run on your own Zoom account, so your Zoom plan sets the limits (free Zoom accounts end meetings of 3+ people after 40 minutes; paid accounts have no limit). Prefer not to connect an account? You can paste any Zoom or Google Meet link manually instead.

Removing the integration. Click Disconnect in the Video Conferencing tab — this immediately deletes the stored connection. You can also remove PrayMyJourney from the Zoom App Marketplace’s Added Apps page; see Zoom’s own uninstall documentation for details.
