How to install it
It takes about a minute. Pick whichever way you’re reading this.
- Open the App Store on your iPhoneIt’s the blue icon with a white “A” made of drawing tools — already installed on every iPhone.
- Search for PrayMyJourneyTap the Search tab at the bottom, type PrayMyJourney (one word), and tap Search.
- Tap Get, then open itIt’s free. Your iPhone may ask for Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple Account password to confirm — that’s normal, and you won’t be charged.
- Log in with the account you already haveSame email and password as the website. If you don’t have an account yet, tap Sign up right inside the app.
- Click the App Store button on this pageIt opens the PrayMyJourney listing in your browser.
- Sign in to the App Store pageUse the same Apple Account that’s signed in on your iPhone, then choose Get.
- Finish on your phoneThe App Store app on your iPhone will show it downloading. Open it there and log in.
Once it’s installed
Say yes to notifications
The first time you open the app it asks permission to send notifications. Say yes and you’ll know the moment someone prays for you or answers your request. You can fine-tune exactly which ones you get — and set quiet hours — under Settings once you’re logged in.
It’s the same account
Nothing to move over. Your journeys, prayer requests, team and groups are already there the second you log in — the app and the website are the same PrayMyJourney.
Your prayer team still doesn’t need it
The people praying for you never have to install anything. They keep replying straight from their email, exactly as before.
Works on iPad too
The same download runs on an iPad — just tap the search filter and choose “iPhone Only” apps if you don’t see it right away.
If you can’t find it
- Search for PrayMyJourney as one word — no spaces.
- Easiest of all: tap the black App Store button above on your iPhone and it takes you straight there.
- Your iPhone needs iOS 15 or later. To check: Settings → General → About → Software Version.

On Android? An Android app is in the works. In the meantime the full website works beautifully in your phone’s browser — just visit praymyjourney.com and log in.
